There's an Emile Joseph on ULL's 2009 football roster.
That might be his son and he would now be old enough to have kids.

My aunt was under the impression that his kids didn't have kids, but she could be wrong.

looks like he is the agent for the LLC.

A quick wiki study says that plane has an empty weight of about 5,000 lbs and a max takeoff weight of 9,000 lbs. It will hold approximately 2,500 lbs of gas so that leaves about 1500 lbs to play with for people and bags. Figure an average weight of 150 lbs per passenger(I think a couple were kids?). That leaves about 600 lbs left to play with for bags. That’s a lot of weight for 6 people for what one would assume would be a one night trip to Atlanta.

No I am sure that he just filed the paperwork. Coincidentally, I saw Emile at Red's this AM around the time of the crash (both unaware of what had happened). He was not on the plane

Emile Joseph is the attorney that filed the LLC with the SOS, he’s listed as the registered agent. He doesn’t own the plane nor does he own GDS, and to my knowledge he wasn’t on the plane.

Five people are dead and one survivor has burns over 100% of their body. God that sucks.

Ok thanks for the clarification guys.

2 hours in and the OT hasn’t identified who was on the plane?

All from Lafayette area? Age range?
1 was a junior at AES from why I’m hearing.
Robert Daigle and Chuck Vincent own the plane. Some of the passengers were Chuck’s son’s wife and her son.

My BIL said it was Chris Vincent. But a family member on here said it was his son and family. Idk much except for that.

Gotcha. I’m just sharing what was given to me.
ETA: they are adamant that Chris’ family was on that plane

My in-laws used to work for GDS. FIL says he’s flown on that plane a number of times. They are both grief struck and sick at the news.
Thoughts and prayers to family and friends

She got out with 30%. The 100% was someone on the plane

Just found out I know the lady that was in the car. She has 30% burns on her arms and legs.

Praying for her recovery

Just found out he was hunting this morning when he got the news. His son was with him all week and went home yesterday to get ready for this trip.
