It's an NGL (natural gas liquids) line.
It was isolated between block valves and it's going to be burning for a while.
With crude, you hook a truck and drain some of the line.
Can't do that with NGLs..while this was flowing as a liquid (have to maintain a certain pressure), at atmospheric pressure it's a gas.

Confirmed not an ET vehicle. The person ran off the road and hit the valve. BTW, the person is still in the vehicle and definitely deceased.

I think you may be right. 29.66453748200737, -95.10146323802972 Google map that and you will see how far the valve is from the nearest pavement. Either medical emergency or terror/ eco terrorism. The feds have a kamallion reasons to rule out foul intent.
