You worked at the DH with another pineville alum. Was a couple years younger than you?

I worked there. But I don’t recall anyone else from PHS. It was mostly Menard people.

Yep, Robert Barnes. Closest we came to losing a game that year. We won it in 89 too lol

I thought I had y’all. Y’all were hitting warning track shots a good bit. But they were just loud outs. Lol

We finished in the final 4 that year. Lost to St Amant. They had Ben Sheets on that team.

I don’t think it was any big secret with AG. She developed addiction issues which led to writing bad checks.

Very sad. I know it’s cliche, but last person I would have suspected.

What's wrong with location?
Super shallow, full of weeds, and gets really muddy after ever rain.

By the way, rumor mill has it that he had smoked a joint not long before that, thinking he wasn’t playing that night. Is that true? lol. If so, I would like to protest under the “performance enhancing drugs” statute. Lol. I want that win.

Drawing a blank. Our class was pretty close with the 87 clsss because it seemed like everyone had a younger sibling in that class.

I just asked one of the guys I still talk to from 87 to help jog my memory.

I was at LM elementary with your year group for the sixth grade. I only remember her and the baseball coach's sister. AG was technically my first crush.

When I heard snippets later, they were all bad. But I didn't know, anything, if you know what I mean.

Ronnie Rantz? He graduated in 89. Pitched for LSU from then until 93. Has 2 nattys with us. Played with the Brewers. Now a local radio guy here in BR. I thought he went to Menard. Maybe Bolton though.
