So, I got sauced a few weeks ago and wound up sleeping on my stomach with two king bed pillows under my chin. I woke up and my hand was tingly, with a numbing pain from my neck down my right arm. A pinched nerve I'm thinking. I had one playing football.

Its to the point that I can only sleep in a mummy position where my arms are at my side. Any movement at all wakes me up. Suffice it to say I'm not sleeping all that well. When I roll my neck back it sends a huge pain down my right arm, so I know I have a pinched nerve. What does OT-Lounge recommend outside of giving a blowjob or having butt sex with a man? I've got a (legit) massage scheduled, and I'm taking high dose ibruprofin.

Well let's see, do you have at least 24 rolls of toilet paper on hand?

If not, you're fricked.

Walmart has a small vibrating back cushion that will fit between your shoulder blades. It uses batteries. Best ten bucks that I have spent lately.

Will seriously check it out. Makes sense anatomically. I'd just like to sleep again.

Go see a fricking doctor. I had a similar issue with tingling down my left arm and neck pain.

Got and MRI, my GP called me immediately after he got the results and said go see a neurosurgeon. Two bulging discs directly back in to my spinal chord. If it's bulging directly back like that, PT and massages won't do shite. Surgery is the only option.

I had two discs replaced and feel a gazillion times better and all my symptoms disappeared overnight.

Thanks Debbie Downer. My next door neigbor is a neuro resident and she told me to rub some dirt on it. Maybe I have cancer, but I didn't consider it until you chimed in. I haven't thought of that. What do you recommend?

I don't have any malady you are proffering my good man. I have a pinched nerve. I'm seeking homemade remedies of a pinched nerve, not a diagnosis of gangrene of the torso or the beubonic plague.

You picked a shitty time to get a non-life threatening but really annoying injury.

Step 1: Hire a hooker.
Step 2: Promise her meth.
Step 3: Tell her you don't have meth once she comes over.
Step 4: ????
Step 5: Recover

Helped me immediately. Lay on it from time to time to keep it in check.

Academy has them on sale pretty regularly.
