We used to have a whole set of these glasses that we got from there I don't know where they went.
Lafayette still has a Bordens ice cream shoppe.

We had a similar MB in the 60s. Ours was a 1964 190D (W110) my parents bought in Germany and took it home after touring Europe. (Mom was born in Holland as were all my grandparents).

Not from LA so have no idea.
The local one was an Empire.
Had one of these;
And these, including the various syrup dispensers as to the left in pic;
I usually got a butterscotch malt but they had the best tasting Coke ever.

Wow. That Borden Dairy was the first place I remember going for an ice cream with my parents. I used to love that place before Baskin Robbins took over.
