I was born on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, spent summers there, still have family there, so these are special to me:
Late 1960s Buena Vista (where Beau Rivage is now)
Newly built 4-lane Hwy 90 and newly built man-made beach, 1950s:
Sun 'n Sand overpass, West Biloxi, Mid 1960s (roughly where Treasure Bay Casino is now):
Ship Island dock and Ft. Massachusetts, 1961:
Ocean Springs L&N Train Depot, 1930s (building is still there):
And on the way there or way back, everyone stopped at the White Kitchen at the intersection of US 90 and 190 in Louisiana, just east of the state line/Pearl River:
