That 7up ad is interesting for me. When I was three years old, my grandmother and Aunt Bessie were visiting us. I remember watching Aunt Bessie enjoying drinking her 7up from a bottle just like that. I tried to drink it like her, but spilled it all over the place. I very clearly remember how she taught me to drink out of the bottle that day without spilling it.

Her instructions were to "stick your bottom lip out and rest the bottle on it, then stick your top lip in the bottle and tilt it up." It worked like a charm. Fifty-two years later I still remember that day when I have a 7up out of a glass bottle.

Good pic, and good memories. Thanks for that one!
