Two observations. Bear Bryant was an old looking bastard even in college. Dude looks 40. Next, your grandfather looks to be a big ol' dude. I think the Bear was like 6'3, and your grandfather looks to be a couple or three inches taller than him. Cool photo.

Question?: If your grandfather played with the Bear at Bama, how did you become an Auburn fan?

my grandfather was 6'7" - he also played basketball at Bama

my mom's side all went to Bama - dad's side all went to Auburn.....been an Auburn fan since I was little....grew up an Auburn fan in Baton Rouge (go figure) - went to school there and now have my oldest child attending Auburn as well.....
