Must've been much louder than the video posted on here. Seemed like a pretty underwhelming response. I was expecting some kind of stone cold Steve Austin glass break pop

I’d love to see a sync up with the graph and the entire show.
It was the loudest I’ve ever heard it

So many people were stomping during the song. Not surprised it happened

Actually that’s when I sent my girl over the edge. Just coincidental that the song was playing

I bet Garth Brooks had a template for that song and just randomly grabbed Baton Rouge out of a hat filled with some of cities in it.

Garth Brooks didn’t write that song and he wasn’t the first person to sing that song

You would lose. Oak Ridge boys did it early on and New Grass Revival before Brooks. Song has been around for a while.

Let’s be honest, it does have quite the ring to it.
Operator won’t you put me on through,
Gonna send my love down to Krotz Springs…it just doesn’t have that same panache.
If he’s sending his love down to Dulac, or LaPlace…no one even remembers the song

Kept thinking he was going to play it again or close with it. I was in the absurdly long beer line when it played

Such a cheesy song. But it gets the yokels in a tizzy before games, so it at least is useful.

Can we just admit that the legendary seismograph in the LSU geology department is just very poorly calibrated?

Operator When I pee it stings, gotta call my girl down in Denham Springs…
I see your point.

Eddie Fuller & Hodson replaced by a country singer

It was much louder than any of the videos I've seen posted anywhere. Video does it no justice

It is not registering crowd noise, directly. It is picking up on the fact that so many people got on their feet/stomped their feet at the same time. Crowd noise is going to make a very small vibration transferred to the huge mass of the stadium. Tens of thousands of people standing/stomping simultaneously is a more noticeable vibration.
