Physical Therapist recommendation for the Northshore

I posted this on the health/fitness board but didn't get much help.
Title says it all. I recently had my third lower back surgery (had S1 through L2 fused) and getting ready for rehab.
Prefer someone other than Star.

You have an issue? I used them about 15 years ago and did not have a problem. Of course, this is when they only had one location.

They got me back on my feet with quickness
(Achilles injury).
I highly recommend.
ETA - The owner and primary PT at the Covington location - Bryan Cochran, specializes in back related injuries / recoveries.
