So this video shows what happened BEFORE the girlfriend starts the FaceBook Live video. The officer warns the guy several times not to touch or draw the gun but he apparently does so anyway. NSFW for language.

I kinda figured they had this ace in the hole.

Hence why the officer is innocent. People claiming the jury was insane. Nope, they just had access to the whole story.

But but I wasn't on the jury and I know they were wrong!!

Follow instructions of the armed LEO and don't get shot. Pretty simple if you ain't high as a kite.

Wasn't he reaching for the documentation the officer had just asked him for?
Castile should obviously have said "ok, well I have a firearm, what do I do about the license."
But it's still a really tough shoot to justify

you have no clue if he touched or went for his firearm.

Well that's a wrap. Like usual, the cop didn't murder anyone.
ETA: I can't believe anyone would still believe he was out to shoot him. Castile moved and he reacted according to training to preserve his own life, even though Castile wasn't looking to hurt him. He doesn't know that though.

Hmmmm...
This is still a tough one for me to take a stance on.

Nope, that cop just quickly drew his gun and fired for no reason

Cop looked perfectly comfortable until he had a reason not to

Shocked! Shocked I tell ya.
The words and actions of the officer after the shooting does not sound like a man who was out to "shoot black people".
I'm sure he's glad he's innocent, but I'd be willing to bet this will haunt him the rest of his life.

That's my thing...what kind of guy tells an officer I have a firearm very calmly then goes for it?
The worst part of that video was seeing the child get out of the car.

Considering the cop immediately lost his shite, he might have come to that conclusion

I'm not saying the guy didn't move or go to grab documentation...I am saying you have no idea from that video what he actually did.

He already handed the insurance info to the officer, who put it in his pocket, and then he says "I have a gun." The officer says "don't touch it" which quickly becomes the officer yelling and telling him to not touch it. Good lighting, the officer has a clear view and is very insistent. No doubt that the guy was touching the gun for some reason. Unless you are going to believe he just yelled that with the sole intent of covering his arse so he could murder the guy.
Why would Castile keep doing what he was doing? No clue. But people pull guns and shoot people all the time. I was told by somebody local that the gun wasn't in a holster but was between his leg and the seat. If that was the case, he was an idiot for doing anything except keeping his hands up. No way I am going towards the gun, my pockets or anything else in that vicinity.

Well, Castille didn't inform him until after he was going for his info.
Like I said, it's hard for me to take a stance here.
