Agreed. When I took my wife to Philly she was surprised by the amount of homeless people there were.

You should see Seattle. Go there twice a year and homelessness is so bad that a lot of restaurants we went to had passcodes on the bathroom doors. Had to get the waiter to let us use the bathroom.
