Phase 1 not much more interaction than now

Stores are already busy, plenty of people on the streets now, I got take out this week from 2 different restaurants that were letting regulars drink at the bar.
Under phase 1
Hair cutting and dentists will operate with out waiting areas. Restaurants will be at less than 50% capacity. Outpatient procedures are more about PPE than social distancing.
Schools will still be closed and gatherings are still limited to 10.
Phase 2 is when it will feel more open.
