We write physical addresses on all control prescriptions. Gotta follow all the laws bc nobody needs problems with the board!

No. But when it's a narco or schedule 1 they always call it by name when they're greasy.

Then it isn’t a schedule 2 narcotic. Also I wouldn’t have my wife call in anything controlled. The LSBME might have a huge problem with that.
