Triple post, but the streets are eerily empty of LEOs right now. Reminds me of how it was right after the shootings last year. I have no idea if they're running bare minimum patrol right now, but it certainly seems much lighter than usual.
I'll never forget driving around a couple days after the protests and I didn't see one cop on the streets of Baton Rouge. You could've literally gotten away with anything, because they were all either sleeping or babysitting Democrats on Airline.

I'll predict it won't be interesting at all. Everything will be civil, no real criticism of the mayor given. Same way 104.5/104.9 treats the LSU coaches and Joe Alleva when they come on air
