Does anyone have Sterling's "rap sheet" handy? If so, please post. If any investigation is needed it should be into the parole board. It is inexplicable that the man was even allowed to be out among the law abiding public.

Found it myself. Why was this man even allowed to walk the streets in the first place? That is where any investigation should be aimed.
