People with two first names, does it bother you when called by your last name?

You know what I am talking about. You get called by the last name because the person thinks it is your first name.
I don't get it. I could see if my first name was confusing as well, but my first name is obviously a first name.

That's why my kids are going to have the same first and last name.

People only call me by my last name. I also have several other friends that I only call by their last name, partly because we grew up together and played football with one another and all the coaches called us by them.

Your last name seems like a first name, so how am I supposed to know?
It gets really confusing when emailing with someone who has two first names. I don't know if your company email puts your last name first or your first name first.
Same issue arises with foreigners, mostly Indians (dot not feather)

My last name is a first name, so I'm gonna name my kid with a last name for a first name

Alternative take on the OP:
You don't like people Calling Baton, Rouge?

I like to be called by my initials...which coincidentally are REB.

I've thought how awkward it would be if people with the same name got married. Ie Jordan Smith married Jordan Smith. I'm sure it's happened before

I don't have two first names but if I did, I wouldn't mind being called by my last name since I'm sometimes called by my last name more than my first. Though, I go by my middle name.

This happens to me with people from other departments in the company. They call me by my last name but our emails are structured the same way.

My last name was always a last name until the nouveau, artsy, liberal arts degree having, societal engineers began using it for their little ones first names.
