People Who You Went To High School With Who Completely Changed?

Do you know anyone you went to HS who completely changed.. In away no one would have ever guessed. I heard someone talking about someone they went to HS with who they recently came into contact with and the dude was top of their class, had everything going for him and now he is a complete frickup, etc..
I started thinking and there isn't anyone I know of who really went well beyond their perceived potential and vice versa.
Anyone went to school with a girl who is now hot but wasn't or someone who was smart AF and is now a frickup?

Of course. Way too many, unfortunately.
10 year reunion wasn’t bad at all, but 20 year was nothing but people comparing their lives and it was rather vapid in my opinion.

I have several.
One guy was an outcast who liked to cut himself. He's now something like "EVP and Director of Nuclear Operations" for a large utility. Honestly scared the crap out of me when I found out.
I guess I hope he changed.

Yes, my class valedictorian was a nerdy girl who became a smokeshow. Borrowed a load of money from me and can’t pay it back due to being out of work the past four years.
