I find that most people who pick on others do it because of deep seeded insecurities. Therefore, they are typically sensitive to teasing and criticism.

I work with a total BITCH who bitches all day long. ALL DAY LONG. She hates me because I like to use logic and don't let her walk all over me. She just berates me all day every day.
I made one smart arse comment to her and now she wants me fired. We haven't talked in a few weeks. It's been glorious.

She always complains that she never has time to do her job because we always side track her to do our jobs (which in actuality is really her job, we're just making requests like we're supposed to do and she processes them).
