re: People who just drop dogs off because they can't handle them are the worst

What do you propose? Should they euthanize them with a shotgun instead of dropping them off? Certainlypossible somebody left it at their house or that he was tearing up their garbage. Might be a reason they dropped it off. Not always an easy situation. There are 1000s of dogs in shelters that will be put to sleep because a home cannot be found. I suppose you go down to the shelter on a regular basis and pick up a few of them, right?

My older pup was in that situation. I found her about 3-5 miles from the nearest house out in the country. Poor thing was 24 pounds when I found her, but was the happiest dog you’ve ever met. Now, 4 years later, she’s a voluptuous 60 pounds and has been the best dog I’ve ever had. Traveled for work with me when I was staying in hotels 3-4 nights a week, never had an issue. I would still count punt whoever did that to her if I found out.
