There is nothing unhealthy about bacon, chicken, or ranch dressing. If you cover it we 10 strips of bacon every day, then yes it would be unhealthy. But like everything, fat is required for proper functioning. Carbs are what we as Americans eat too much of.

frick Starbucks. For me every morning it's a couple cups of Community medium roast with a little whole milk or just black.
