People who check-in to the gym on Facebook

What's the OT's opinion on these folks? I'm all for people going to the gym and bettering themselves. I'm even ok with a gym newbie checking in their first few times because they are excited. I'm more so talking about the people who have been going to the gym for a year or more and almost everyday. Why check-in every single day?

Facebook is full of attention seeking frickers. I don't know why people feel the need to type out how they are feeling, post life stories, or post every single picture they take like people who read or look at it will give a shite. The worst is when girls post pics that are onbviously edited. Saw someone post a pic out on one of the lakes in Louisiana and it was so edited that the water in the background looked like it was from Destin or panama city
