That's why I suggest everyone take up vaping, especially if you smoke. Right now I'm blowing mean clouds of vitamin c cotton candy flavor. Might as well be extra healthy for flu season and nobody at GameStop can even match my clouds dude

Is this normal? Were you susceptible to getting sick more? For those that have quit, did your immune system skyrocket over a noticeable period of time?

I found drinking was worse for my immune system than smoking. Don’t do either now.

Life insurance premiums are higher for smokers, businesses determined years ago that smokers cost them more due to lost productivity due to time of for illness, that really all you need to know.

I quit 2+ years ago and have been sick maybe 3 times with something that was gone in a day or two.

When I smoked I got bronchitis / strep / viral infection at least twice per year.

It has an impact on your immune system for sure.

Back when I smoked I was guaranteed to get a cold or two a year, no that I have quit I haven't been sick in over 4 years. So yeah it makes a big difference on your immune system!

Came here to say this. You could pencil me in for 2+ sinus infections a year. I haven't had one since I quit 15 years ago.
