Did you miss the "but that's not the reality." part of my post?

Yes looking at the media and on here, etc. one might think that Minneapolis is a Muslim caliphate, but that's not the reality. Just like these supposed places in Europe.

You said that one could say that the USA was a Muslim caliphate if one just looked at Minneapolis

A city that is 3% Muslim

You guys can argue all you want but somehow they still got a brother-fricking, America-hating, Islamic retard in Congress

When you typed "but that's not the reality" you were clearly referring to the rest of the USA outside of Minneapolis

When a poster says "Europe is a Muslim caliphate" and you say "You could say the same thing if you just look at Minneapolis, but that's not the reality" then what you're saying is that Minneapolis is a Muslim caliphate, but the rest of America isn't so it's not reality that America is a Muslim caliphate.

You said something really dumb about a place you're ignorant about and are desperate not to own it

Or you missed my point entirely and are desperate not to own it.

Stop making Vols look bad, I have to coexist with y'all.

ETA: I can assure you Tigerhusker is the last poster in this thread I'd be agreeing with.

If your entire point was that the media and this board is completely misrepresenting Europe and Minneapolis then you need to work on your sentence structuring and clarity.

When someone says something like "Europe is a Muslim caliphate" and your response is "If you just look at Minneapolis you'd say the same about America, but that's not reality" then what people reading your response are going to conclude is that you think Minneapolis is a Musliam caliphate, but the rest of America isn't.

We need to make one of those for all of the Louisiana posters who act like they’ve received a blessing from a divine power when they leave the state.

61 million people live in the uk.

We don't have a single state with that population. Think how crammed it is there.

Random thought I've had about these videos-

If you're from another country, what are your thoughts about which city/area of the US to visit? Do you just hit New York? Does New Orleans pop up on the must see list? Is anyone going to check out Dallas or Houston?

(Nothing seems sadder to me than the idea of flying half way around the world to see Disneyworld)

Just think, Europe is ahead of us culturally, as we take many cues from them politically, socially, stylistically…if we don’t learn from the disaster they are going through, we are destined to repeat it.

We are basically a two term timespan of a Harris/walz administration from being a complete shithole.

Interesting to see someone else’s view of the USA. I really wonder how accurate that is? Of course we know we have problems here, but it’s overall a nice country.

People tend to shite on what’s theirs. I remember a post (one of the many) shitting on BR back when I first moved here in 2016, to which I replied you’ve clearly not spent a lot of time in Laplace. BR was, and still is, like Rodeo Dr compared to where I spent the first 30+ years of my life. You tend to have a different perspective

The English countryside is majestic. However, many of the cities there are extremely depressing. They remind me of Rust Belt cities here whose heyday was 50 years ago. I tell people all the time do the London tourist stuff for maybe a day and then get the hell out and dive into the countryside. The Peak District, the Yorkshire Dales, the Lake District, the Cotswolds, the Shropshire Hills, the Malvern Hills, Dartmoor and Cornwall are all places that are absolutely stunning and filled with much friendlier people than you'd expect. The folks in Yorkshire are the friendliest people I've ever experienced on vacation.

Dorset is awe inspiring as well.

Don't forget good ole Norfolk and the Broads (that's where I've lived for 25 years) and I love Norwich, it's a great small city, friendly, laid back, plenty of non-chain shops, etc.

Going to the Jurassic Coast next year. We're staying in Salisbury and taking the train to Bournemouth to do a guided tour of Durdle Door.

Send her to progressive strongholds or places where they have allowed Sharia Law Muslims to run things. She will feel right at home again.
