Between 14 July 2018 and 28 August 2018, my exwife viewed some YouTube videos I'd posted about her false domestic violence allegations. She was angry and concerned because I'd mentioned her friendship with Chief David Duffett and the BTPD in the videos. So, on 28 August 2018, she went to the Bridgeport Township Police Station and told Chief Duffett and the other officers about the YouTube videos with comments by me about them. Then she and three BTPD officers (led by Sgt Skabardis) came to my home angry and broke in (home invasion) on orders of Chief Duffett! They fabricated the false allegations of a bond violation in an attempt to cover up their home invasion and conspiracy. That's why the officers were so angry, cursing and I was assaulted and arrested for no legal reason. And the first thing my exwife did (up at 3:37 AM, 29 August 2018, still posting and deleting) after I was falsely arrested was get on my laptop and tablet to delete the YouTube videos and post a false domestic violence confession on my Facebook page and a messege on my YouTube page, "Hypocrite arse woman beater JONATHAN NETTLES". Then, the divorce filing (11 September 2018) and false child abuse allegations (12 September 2018) followed. She sat down with Chief Duffett on 12 September 2018 in his office to discuss the conspiracy with "No cameras" for secrecy. She'd signed a Spousal Agreement in July 2011, agreeing not to cheat, share, and remain married until death. Thus, child abuse allegations and a Default Judgment in the divorce would allow her to avoid keeping her promises listed in the Spousal Agreement. Chief Duffett ordered Sgt Skabardis and Officer Palmreuter to go to my home at 2560 King Rd and illegally seize my property without a warrant on 12 September 2018. They did. A search warrant was subsequently obtained by Sgt Skabardis on 28 September 2018, but didn't authorize my home to be searched. My items weren't given to state police CCU to be analyzed until October 2018 (about a month after illegal seizure). A January 4, 2019 Facebook post by my estranged wife states, "Owe myself so much in 2019, I'm coming so hard, this shite personal." And she emphasized, "Very personal!" Clearly directed at her estranged husband (myself)! That Facebook post was right after the 2nd CAN Council interview (conducted without probable cause) of our daughter (alleged victim) on 17 December 2018. The CPS interview and petition followed in January 2019...But, their problem was, state police CCU (Brian Pitt) stated in his final report on 23 January 2019, "Nothing criminal was found" and gave my items back to Sgt Skabardis. However, months later, in March 2019, Sgt Skabardis, without a valid search warrant, resubmited Item #1 (a CD) for a 2nd search, without probable cause to do so. Brian Pitt conducted a warrantless search anyways, in violation of the 4th Amendment. Subsequently, a tiny Thumbnail image was allegedly found containing CSAM (an unidentified male in it). I was then arrested on 10 April 2019 (my youngest daughter's birthday) and sat in jail with NO BOND until proving my innocence at trial. My estranged wife got her default judgment while I rotted in jail. Jail guards had refused to take me to the final divorce hearing, even though I'd put in numerous requests over a week prior and begged to be taken the day of the hearing!...

I didn't agree to her request for an OPEN MARRIAGE so she could continue to cheat on me with multiple men and women with a clear conscience! She admitted to me that NONE of our 5 kids are biologically mine.
