Is it me or do the people who do this almost always wear all black? Can't tell you how many times I've almost smoked somebody walking along a road they shouldn't be walking on and having all black clothes on.

Probably happened as the driver was exiting the interstate headed South. That merge right there is terrible considering it was new construction in a rural area. Kind of a blind spot and you gotta look way over your shoulder and make a quick merge.
