So should the bartender be liable, too? I mean, they knowingly sold alcohol to someone over the limit

So if a soccer mom was dropping their child off at school, then while driving down the road STILL in the school zone and is texting and kills a kid, does she get the same punishment and a dwi death? What about a driver that was going down a residential street (30 mph limit) and was driving 42, and killed somebody. Still same punishment as a dwi? I assume I’ll hear crickets on this one.
