My best friends worked at Chelsea's and spent the majority of my HS date nights at the theater!

I remember my mom saying Pecandland was on the downhill slide when they replace McRae's(I think it was McRae's, could be wrong) with a Burlington Coat Factory. She wasn't wrong.

That theatre was the go when I was a kid. Can't remember if the one at East Gate was still operating. I may have gone there, but that place has been a dump as long as I can remember. I think ULM students were the only thing keeping the one at Pecanland mall after Tinseltown opened in WM.

First place on the left at the main entrance. Gave my parents fits walking by that joint.

Us young redneck kids always wanted to go to the Camo store/shoppe whatever it was called. Douchey place looking back. They had a cool aquarium though. It's funny thinking of a "hunting store" that only sold clothes.

I remember it being a big deal when pecanland got a disney store.

They replaced McRae's with Belk. I think Burlington replaced Stage or one of those other stores.

Seen many a movie at the Pecanland Mall vv theater. Lots of memories (saw my first movie in a theater there, I think
Ninja Turtles) and I'd say it's sàd to see it go but it's a rats nest now
