I don’t know, but I think people are raising some seriously spoiled children’s who are going to be ill equipped to adjusting to the real world.

Because they play travel ball? lol

I played travel soccer all growing up and turned out pretty normal (depending on who you asked). Grant it my parents never begged for money to go to a tournament.

Also, little Kayleigh Leigh is gonna be a professional dancer/

With a name like "Kayleigh Leigh" she'll definitely end up being a "dancer".

Because many parents fawn over their children and give them a false sense of their own self Importance in this world of ours, and so when life hits them in the balls, they don’t know how to handle it. They don’t work for anything, and the expectations of them are usually very little.

Just saw a group of 7 year old girls collecting money for their World Series trip to Branson. How an adult male (the head coach) can take 7 year old softball seriously enough to travel 500 miles to play in a “world” series is beyond me.

Sorry that OP kid got cut from team. He is just pissed that he doesn't get to hang around single mom's with big tits next baseball season.

Well, every 200 lb woman has big tits. And they try to pull off those soccer shorts at 45 years old with those two sacks of doorknobs they call legs pouring out.

This. If I get something from-like bake sale, fish plate, car wash or football pool - I don t mind contributing. Just giving money in to a can- not happening.

My son's club soccer team is brain storming fund raising ideas, its excruciating.

With U13 State in the spring it seems like everything is geared toward making regionals. That's crazy, we live within 100 miles of some great clubs...but instead of simply playing in their tournaments and calling it a day, they have to play league games in BFE so they have two chances to make regionals. Horse...cart. They're 12 years old, how about just getting better and playing soccer?

The fund raising part is nuts though, my son isn't 'shaking cans' for a sport.
