Screwing people over? Some of those rich people probably get tired of seeing their tax dollars go to support broken and abused welfare programs so they just figure they will do what they can to keep the money in their pockets. Can't blame them in that case.

Some of it is that they are circumventing ridiculous taxes. However, a lot of people/companies implicated fund cartels and terrorists.
