I've lost 25-30 pounds twice doing this. Takes some commitment but the weight falls off of you. And it doesn't gain back as quickly as everyone says unless you fall back into a complete shite diet.

Those who do "80% paleo", do you consume alcohol? I want to try paleo but no way I'm giving up bourbon. I drink it neat so no carbs involved btw
