I've had some bags recently where there is no f'in way it was filled more than 2/3 full, at the most.

I opened the bag and there was only 1/2 of bag in there. I was like family bag? maybe in Ethiopia.

Packed by weight not by volume

The weight is clearly shown on the bag and the air keeps the chips from becoming a bag full of crumbs by the time it reaches the end consumer. What exactly do they think the chip companies should do?

I bet that they're enormous human beings.

No regular sized human being gets that invested in responding to a minor slight on junk food. This is a fat person's wheelhouse.

Now that seems kind of ridiculous if that's really as high as that bag is filled... but I'm sure y'all know the reason they don't fill the bags all the way up is because the air in the bag protects the chips from getting broken into pieces while being shipped and handled.

Being that it is done by weight, not volume, they don't have a case.

I feel like this was done years ago and the defense was that the extra air keeps the chips from getting crunched.

They're packed like that so the chips don't get smashed during shipping. Would they rather a bag full of crumbs?

Idiots.

It tells in the bag how many chips are in said bag. Who cares how empty the bag is as long as you get the chips you pay for.

Just a cpl stupid fatties.
