Anyone do Incinerator yet? I love that workout.
One question...why is Tony so anal about Blake using too much weight? I don't understand that. The dude's just trying to get a good pump in the short length of the workout. I don't see what's wrong with trying to use your max weight for 10 or so reps. The workout is called "Incinerator" so you're trying to get the best burn possible. Get off Blake's back Tony.

I love incinerator. And I use the same or higher weight than Blake most of the time. frick you, Tony.
Eccentric upper was killer today. Doing pull-ups slow really hurts.
I think I'm gonna wear a weighted vest for the pushups though. Wasn't really feeling it there.

I did eccentric upper yesterday and still had to modify a lot!
How is everyones results coming? I am seeing significant 30 day results. I just hope the progress continues!

For the T25'ers, the wife and I started Beta last night. Holy shite, it definitely picks up. We had Core Cardio and tonight is Speed 2.0, which I have read is totally different than Speed 1.0 in the sense that it is not exercise, stretch, exercise, stretch, but more fast paced exercises all the way through.

Alright looking to get p90x, which addition is the best? I use to do the first one a good bit because my roommate had it and enjoyed it. Is order the deluxe box kits worth it at all?

If I were you, I'd get X3. Lots of people hate long workouts. You can't bitch about taking only 30 minutes out of your day. And it sounds like a great workout.

Starting phase 2 tonight. I'm a day behind because my back is all messed up (non p90x 3 related). Lots of heating pad at my desk

The 30 minute part is so convenient. It makes me not hate doing it 7 days a week. And the Sunday workout (Dynamix) is a great one for stretching out your muscles and working on your joints after a week of destroying them.
I'm only on week 2 of phase 1, but I usually hate hopping around and lunging here and there. But for some reason I'm into it now.
