I'm doing a 5x5 hybrid with some crossfit thrown in. I enjoy it. Nice having everything set up in my garage. I just need a rowing machine.
Plus I've been doing a 75% plant based diet which is nice. I'm hoping to do some heart rate zone training this summer to optimize my fall racing.

Took a pre workout supplement for first time (c4) The face tingles and all over blood itchiness was quite weird at first. I'm not sure if it was caffeine or the tingles or placebo effect (probably all three) but I had my best workout yet. I did incinerator and damn I felt great after. I followed it up with protein shake and some fruits and veggies. I got a good night sleep and I feel like a champ today. Can't wait for MMX today.

Knocked out Triometrics last night...man warrior squats are so frustrating for me. I can pull a warrior 3 pose during yoga with no issues...but tell me to add a squat to it and it's like I lose all balance capabilities...oddly enough I find the ones with my arms back (the first of the 3 versions) the most difficult balance wise, but obviously easier to squat. Looking forward to my Yoga night tonight!
On a side note...I've got a hellacious muscle knot just above my shoulder blade that I can barely reach making massaging it out of the question. What do you guys do to help with that? I don't have a foam roller or anything like that, and no spare set of hands to help.

Best bet is to get a foam roller. You can find a cheap one at Walmart.

Monday: Plyocide
Tuesday: Isometrix
Wednesday: The Challenge in the morning, X2 Total Body + X2 Ab Ripper in the afternoon
Thursday: X2 Yoga
Friday: X2 Balance + Power
It's intense. Obviously, Wednesdays are a beast.

yeah I think I'm going to have to break down and get one sooner rather than later. This knot has been getting worse and worse over the last couple days from "oh hi...you have my attention" to "fuuuuuuuuuuccccccckkkkkkkkkkk" whenever my left side of my upper body moves much.
All that said, I'd rather deal with an annoying knot than an actual injury so that makes it all a little easier to cope with.

I've become completely bored with my workouts, so I'm picking up p90x3 today. I did the first p90x and dropped a ton of weight. Now im more focused on just losing a few lbs and dropping body fat. Cant wait to start.

I am right there with you on the warrior squat I just can't do it.

I'm a pretty fit guy, and Triometrics makes my quads burn like a mofo. It's such a great workout.

Same here. I had everything including the meal plan and cant find any of it. I'm guessing it got lost when I moved and its gone now. O well, I've heard great things about p90x3

So sabi, you still Interested in buying equipment? I am going to be putting my bench, squat stands, 2 bars, close to 500lbs or so in weights and power stand on cl soon. Lmk
