Jeez that is weak. Is T-25 really easy or something?

Well, the "blog" I pulled it from was from a woman so her burn may be slightly less than a man. I saw another one where a lady said she was only burning 140, so who knows.

I would not call it easy by any means, its a lot of cardio and your heart rate will definitely get up during the workouts.

Finishing up week 4 p90x3 today

Messed up one day on the diet but didn't miss a beat in the workouts.

Sorry, I thought you were doing P90X3. Transition week is week 4 of P90X3.

I actually feel like it was too easy compared to everything else and that I went back a step. Basically it was a ton of stretching and yoga type workouts.

No worries. T25 may have a transition week, just taking it day by day so far.

Also, thanks to whoever made this a T25 thread as well!

I was hoping that during the transition, the weight would start to fall off!

Sounds really exciting. I'm getting P90X3 next. This is my last week of P90X2! I think I am going to do one more round of it, and then on to X3!

I can do the crazy crane move where you move your legs out one at a time and move them back in.

Has anyone started block 2 of p90x3? I want to see what the workouts are like and what they target. I start that tonight.

I feel really great right after yoga because I feel limber, the next day my hamstrings are screaming though.

The chairs suck.

Thinking the calories you burn during the workout matter is a novice mistake.

You really think you're done burning calories when the workout is over?

I just started T25 today.I'm feeling it for sure. I've never worked out due to being reasonably active, and staying in shape that way. Now my metabolism is catching up with me. Trying to get back into shape before it warms up and mountain biking season kicks back in.

Hole-E-Crap.

Just did the eccentric upper and it is up there with the Challenge for the toughest workout on P90x3. It was fun but very difficult.
