2 days in, definitely more leg work than I remember from the original P90 so far. Do some of the upcoming workouts focus more on upper body?

I have only done the first two videos, but both had a good bit of jumping and things that may be tough on your knees.

You can get a good mat from any sports store or Walmart. I use it on my tile floor and have no trouble.

My favorite thing to do in P90X is to yell at the TV and tell Tony how much I fricking hate his guts.

Are you already in decent shape? I can do 5 pull ups on the first set, then maybe 5 on the second. After that, only 1 per set, if that. How you're doing 12 for all the set boggles my mind

Push-ups are way easier for me, although I do have to do the last set or two with serious improper form.

Tony has you pick a number of pull ups and a number of push ups that you think you can do. You alternate between different styles of pull ups and push ups for the 30 minute workout.

Your goal is to reach your number, each and every set.

24/12 = 24 push ups per set and 12 pull ups per set (If I'm not mistaken)

Doesn't sound like much, but over the course of 30 minutes and all those sets, it starts to wear you down.

Is that the whole workout? Are there no breaks?

Yep, for that particular day.

Has the basic 2-3 minute warm up session at the beginning, then the little 10-15 seconds you get when switching from push up to pull ups and then 3 (I think) 60 second breaks throughout the workout.

Then there's the 2 minute burnout at the end where you are going hardcore, non stop pull ups and push ups.

It's a killer. First time I did it, putting my jacket on in the mornings became a 10 minute ordeal

How does this compare to T 25? Are they about the same? Wanting to do one, but can't decide on which. Any advice would help.

I was out of town this week, so I did The Warrior on Thursday and will do The Challenge today. I am not looking forward to this.

Week 3 is about to be in the books!
