Ok guys I'm finally ready to get this started. Decided I'm going to do a round or two of T25, to shed off this sludge i've put on in the last 10 months since graduation since it seems to be much more cardio based, before giving x3 a go (hopefully by then I'll be in my apartment and have plenty of room).

Does that sound like a good plan? What's the best way to order it? Just from the website or what?

T-25 is, a great routine. I was skeptical, but holy crap it's the real deal.

Just log on to Beachbody.com and order it. Good luck.

Thanks

Do you, or anybody else, have any suggestions as to supplements or rather shakes and such?

Shakeology is the truth, but I know it's expensive. But, if you want to lose weight, it's the best.

High fiber diets also help you lose weight. Look into Quest Protein bars. One bar has 17 grams of fiber. Believe me, the poops are amazing.

P90X Results and Recovery Formula is also a great supplement, especially for T-25.

If you are interested in shakeology, they couple programs together with it in something called a challenge pack at a discounted price.

Shakeology does look good from what I see. the 129/month is probably a little steep for me right now though.

Thanks for the help

Oh well I'd be interested in that. Where are those located on the site?

Yeah, it is a little steep, but it's a meal replacement. It comes out to about 4 bucks a serving. People spend more than that on fast food every day.

Good look, bro. I was so chubby half a year ago. Now I'm solid as a rock and lean as you can get. The programs work.

Very nice

I've gained 50 pounds since I finished school. Mostly from just being very sedentary at work and being too lazy to go to the gym afterwards. Also my diet was pretty damn terrible for about 5 months. I'm ready to kick my arse back to looking more like a GI Joe and less like the State Puft Marshmallow Man.

I know the feeling. I gained over 30 pounds in one year after my son was born.

Since I started the programs, I've lost 53 pounds.

I'm excited to get this started. I'm ordering the combo pack as we speak. Hopefully I'll get it started Monday or Tuesday of next week (assuming it can get here that fast I suppose?) when I'm back from being on the road.

I saw some discussion on here about the pull-up assist bands the other day. Do any of you use one on a standard door frame pull-up bar? You know, I have to kick my legs back in order to go down all the way or else I'll hit the floor before bottoming out.
