First question would be how much are you eating on a daily basis?
Honestly I'm not counting down to the exact calorie but I try to stay below 1700 and above 1000.

Are you doing 1 workout a day consisting of either a p90x or t25 or are you doing multiple per day?
1 workout per day.

I'm the same but I will have to stop checking the numbers

I just wanted to throw this in the thread. If you subscribe to Tony Horton's YouTube channel, you'll find about 6 11-12 minute videos that focus on parts of the body. They're totally free and most of the exercises are in P90X3.
They're great if you have a "light day" or you feel like shite, but don't want to miss a workout, you can at least sculpt your guns for 11 minutes.

I don't know how big you are, but the nutrition plan for p90x3 for me at ~210 pounds has me eating 2700 calories per day. Having spent the previous year at the 1500-1700 mark this scares the crap out of me and I've yet to be able to eat that much. But something tells me you need to eat more...1700 would probably be a good MINIMUM unless you're like a 100 pound woman or something.
You don't have to track your calories like a mad-man but just download the my fitness pal app and scan some bar codes or just type in the generic information about what you're eating daily to get a better idea as to how much your consuming.
All that said...I'm just basing this off of my experience during my weight loss journey and everyone is different, but I still think you desperately need to up the calories with that type of workout daily.

I usually eat about 2400-2700. I counted my calories for a week or two and realized how much food it was.
So I make sure to eat pretty healthy and eat a lot.
2.5 more weeks of X3 then I'm cutting my calories for T25!

I ate all damn day yesterday and managed to hit 2400-ish. And that was with eating crap at lunch for work. It really is tough to eat a healthy 2500+ calories...be so much easier if I could just go pound down a couple of double cheeseburgers

Yeah when 8 oz of chicken is only about 240 calories, you begin to wonder how the shite you'll be able to do it.
Hugh Jackman, when training for the Wolverine, said he looked at eating as part of his training, convincing himself he could eat just one more(!) chicken breast in the same fashion he convinced himself he could do just one more(!) pull up or press. Of course, he was eating like a complete fiend as he tried to pack the weight on after Les Miserables. And he had the best trainer in the world to assist him - Dwayne The Rock Johnson.

Bought a weight gainer yesterday. Let's try out this bad boy. One serving is about 700 calories.

When you eat clean you'll be surprised how much food you can eat.
Think about how some Wendy's cheeseburgers have almost 1,000 calories in them but are barely filling to some. It's cause it's crap. We really should view food as quality over quantity.
I'm logging all my food now. Yesterday I was never hungry the whole day and still fell short of my 2400 calorie goal. I had an 800 calorie lunch and struggled to finish that.
The hardest part is to avoid the crap. Once you do that most everything else works itself out.

Just started Saturday, and I'm struggling with calories, too. I'm at 210 and looking to maintain, which puts me at 3000/day according to the guide. Definitely a lot of food to get 3000 good calories. I haven't been counting, but I know I'm nowhere close.

That's what I'm saying. It's crazy to think that you would need to eat 2 or 3 chicken breasts, a boatload of rice, 2 cups of broccoli or zucchini, and a protein shake to reach 1000 calories for lunch. That's almost 3 meals in a lot of people's cases.

Soda is terrible for you and it's not that a burger is bad for you - it's that Wendy's burgers are bad for you. They have a shite-ton of fat and wasted calories. O and fries, which may as well be injected into your gut and love handles.

Can't remember. Got it at GNC. Low in sodium and sugar. 115g of carbs per serving.

LOL.
nothing wrong with soda - i drink 3 coke zeros a day
nothing wrong with "fat" or "calories" either. a single burger is one of the most well balanced foods one can consume - even if it comes from wendys. (no one is saying to eat 6 of them per day)
Ill continue eating my Burger King, my pizzas, my sushi, and my pop tarts while you plebs continue to consume your chicken breasts and brown rice (just lol).

Guy said I should split it up morning and evening. One serving is 4 scoops.
