One good thing about working for the government is there is none of that nonsense. We all know it is a job.

I would guess our big one is 'it is what it is'.

We really knocked that exercise out of the park because we're in it to win it. However, next year's going to a whole other ball game, so we really need to get our ducks in a row and hit the ground running. This is going to be an all-hands evolution so we're going to really breakout the rock stars from the slackers.

Despite being on pace to hit our fiscal year numbers, we came up just short at the very end, and unfortunately, you will not be receiving a year end bonus.

this is what we can do when we break down the silos, we all have something we can bring to the table, just use your core competency as needed to provide the deliverables, avoiding drinking the Kool-Aid and we'll be good to go
