Sure. One group has prospered the most without question.
Survival is dependent on adjustments.

While this is true at birth, in today's modern world reality quickly expands far beyond that which we were born in.

Other cultures are not failed attempts at being you;
This is not my perspective and I don't know anyone who believes this but yea, I would guess there are plenty who think this way.
But having said that, various cultures are not equally successful in terms of promoting quality of life by any reasonable definition of health and happiness.

hey are unique manifestations of the human spirit.”
I'm not convinced that all cultures consider human spirt as an aspect of their culture.
Western culture is largely based on religions: Jewish, Catholic and Protestant, and most members believe in a human spirit.
Likewise, Muslim, Hindu and Buddhist cultures are well documented as spiritual.
However, Communist societies/cultures in Russia and China which entail billions of people if anything are anti-religious and I certainly don't see these cultures as manifestations of the human spirit.

Moral relativism is an excuse for evil. frick that professor.

And what a tough concept for Americans and especially Christians.
All it took was one page for a progressive to remind everyone that other cultures are to be celebrated....
Unless you are white, American, male and especially Christian. Those cultures need to be destroyed.

Progs are always the same. No matter the topic, they’ll find a way to espouse their hatred of straight white Christians.

Yeah, they love these third world cultures for the 2 weeks they stay there. If they had to live like the average person in that culture, they’d be on the next raft out of there.
Progs fetishize anything that’s not white/western. It’s why Progs keep trying to flood their own countries with the third world horde.

Most of them can manifest their spirit right back to where they came from.

Some cultures were building gigantic cathedrals that still stand, creating magnificent sculptures and paintings that remain today, and navigating the oceans at the same time other cultures were unchanged from Stone Age times. It makes leftists feel better to pretend that such cultures are equal, but it’s all pretend. You don’t see any of them moving to such places.

In many Eastern religions, attachment to one's own reality is a hindrance to personal spiritual growth.

Yet two of those cultures love being rapey in circumstances they deem as justified.
Cultural relativism is a highway to justifying hell. FGM, gang rapes, rapes of children, and torturous murder (Africa, come on down!) are all a part of "culture."

This is pretty easy to draw out, but people are reluctant to do so.
Why is Haiti always a shithole, but the Dominican Republic, on the same island, a tourist destination and a factory for baseball players and future New Yorkers? Haiti's culture is based on animism, prevalent in Africa, DR is not. It's OK to call it bad.

What are your thoughts on this quote from Canadian anthropologist Wade Davis?
I neither agree nor disagree and do not care. It seems Wade just thinks up crap to appear thought provoking.

Ok, but no big newsflash.

Some cultures can be said to be unique -- in a bad way. If they base it on evil, oppressive, primitive and anti-God rules and characteristics, then why should they be respected?
Their cultures are indeed failures if the Divine Directive (or "Golden Rule") is ignored, replaced by inverted / subverted version of it
Some cultures manifest their respective spiritual "cue" from the powers of darkness and gutter. Specifically from demonic influences.

Always wondered where this human spirit derived from.
