I'm 235 and I'd say 25-ish. I did 225 for 31 reps.

Currently at 205# 63 years young

I can do at least 12 reps of #210 right now.......haven't tried to do anymore than that.

Most compound lifting is rough on me. I'm 6'8, long arms and all that bs. At my best shape, probably 3x10@225. Don't know how I did it. Even when Ive been lifting a lot, my forearms are too long/thin to handle too much weight.
