over 40 and can still crush 505 for 5 squat and dead. Bench is overrated and my pec has been torn too many times

Bench about 365, haven't squatted or power cleaned since high school. That being said I can still squat at least 200 and power clean 200-250. Probably around 800 for me

Im not a fatty by any stretch. 6'2 245. Looking to get back down to 225 or less by the end of the year.
I know how to lift to get stronger and bigger, its maintaining strength while dropping weight that I feel like I need a personal trainer for. Plus I'm not disciplined enough to stick to a serious cardio routine I fricking hate cardio!
