Personally I find that its not acidic and since it comes from greens it's alkaline.

You'll feel a difference is you consume this and upping your greens. Eat kale and spinach

I've always tried to live an active and healthy lifestyle though I fall off the wagon every now and then and start drinking to much.

Since I entered my forties I try to focus on more of the health aspect and less on the vanity.

One way it differs from other proteins is its high in omega 3 fatty acids and very high in fiber.

I already eat a ton of green leafy vegetable but I recently started taking a powdered greens supplement and feel like I have a lot more energy.

I haven't used the hemp yet, but I've been using soy and rice protein powders. The whey and casein eat my stomach up. I use mine for meal replacement along with one of those super green formulas.

Looking at a True Nutricion product for my next vegan powder. It has everything in it already that I am currently blending myself: LINK

Yeah the powder works so much better even if you already eat 2-3 bags of spinach a day.

I think greens powder is the most underrated supplement out there.

Mouton I eat about 75% plant based/vegan. Only eat 4-6 oz of meat with family dinner. Sometimes those are meatless. So that's why I'm interested.

Definitely check out the True Nutrition page linked above. I've heard really great things about them and their vegan protein blends are the best priced I have found online. I ate vegetarian for several months and I felt incredible. I really need to go back to it.

problem is, by the time your are 7, your eating habits are set....real real real difficult to take a different route. but it can be done.

Onnit is the brand. It's called Alpha Brain. You can get it from Onnit or Amazon.

Which powdered greens supplement do you take? Do you think it's worth using if I already eat kale pretty much everyday?

About 4 months ago I unintentionally started eating less and less meat after I started eating at a vegan place for lunch everyday. I started feeling great and meat gradually seemed less appealing. I'm not saying I'm totally off meat but I now probably only eat fish (maybe chicken) about once or twice a week. I feel like it's helping in all aspects of my life from sleep to mood to exercise.

Just ordered 3 lbs of that meal replacement formula. Since I mix it with my green supplement, I got it in natural flavor.

I take Amazing grass green superfood. I figure it can't hurt and it is only a little over 20 bucks a month.
