OT Workout Crew: Anyone use hemp protein?

I know it doesn't have as good of a bioavailability as whey though it does have a complete amino acid profile. Anyway, an offer popped up on my Facebook page for a deal on amazon. 3 pounds for 1.99. It popped up again a day later for 2.99. The company seems reputable and had good reviews for all their products. For those that have tried it how is the taste and mixability?

Don't let the Facebook ads fool you. You need to start with a basic whey protein, preferably Gold Standard Whey by ON (optimum nutrition) and have a good diet, pay particular attention to your macros (fats, carbs, proteins). Are you trying to lose weight? I can send you some good workouts.

I mix hemp hearts in salads and shakes. I've even made pesto with it. Just a heads up most Tj Maxx stores carry manitoba brand for only 6.99 for an 8oz bag.
This brand is Viva labs but if you go to Amazon it is listed for 30 bucks.
