Didn't Muscle Pharm just get sued for not even having half the % of protein they claim they do on the label? What's wrong with steak, burger patties, and eggs?

Have not heard that.
Obviously you want to get most of your protein from real food, but it's not always easy to hit macros during an 8 hr feed window.

Nothing. That's why it's called a "supplement". You supplement your diet with a shake because it's not always convenient to cook burgers or steaks or chicken or to eat enough eggs to get 50 grams of protein right after a workout.

Thanks that's a hell of a deal. I got 4 tubs going to stick some in freezer to keep fresh. Ordering 2 gave me free shipping and comes up to $27 a tub. It is the brand I use anyway usually pay close to $50.
