Who does the best tattoo cover ups? I prefer to stay in the Ascension area but willing to travel to NOLA or BR if the person is highly recommended.

If you're willing to travel a little farther, jimmy Bogan at Pristine Ink in Jackson, MS does incredible work, especially with cover ups.
