I took adrafinil which is a prodrug of modanifil. It basically makes you an insomniac and gives you that weird hot knees coming down from adderall feeling

What time of day did you take it? It's designed to keep you awake and has a half-life of about 14 hours. (Although I believe the half-life of Adrafinil is a bit longer because it a prodrug of Modafinil).

I've taken Modafinil and Flmodafinil hundreds of times and have never experienced anything even slightly approaching anything comparable to an amphetamine comedown

No it's similar but just doesn't give you that high feeling. If you are on adderall then you feel it. If you are on modafinil It lasts longer and there is no crash.

My wife has been prescribed every possible drug like that type. Vyvanse, provigil, nuvigil, modafinil, addy. I've obviously tried them while we were in college. We didn't have side effects really from modafinil/nuvigil/provigil unlike the others.

I took it a few years ago for narcolepsy. After a few months it stopped working as well. My physician increased the dosage but after a couple more months it just wasn't keeping me awake. I'm now on adderall 30mg BID.

You guys have a prescription for this or order it online?

I asked about it in Tijuana and Juarez and the farmacias do not carry it. They have modalert in the computer but none in stock.

There are a lot of online stores. And the real gold standard is the 99% Flmodafinil

I usually took it about 6 in the morning. I wanted more energy in the afternoon. Basically I stopped eating so much for lunch and now I'm fine

its very easy to find online. Its about as regulated as xanax.

Just a forewarning is its not a pleasure inducing drug. It just keeps you awake. I didn't enjoy it, it kept me up for like 18 hours and I felt sorta like crap the entire time.

I am quite sensitive to uppers though.

200mg of Modafinil works great for me, 400mg really works well, but some people have noted that their threshold for benefits is lower

I take 400 mg/day. Gives me excitability. Helps with shift work . Improves my mood for about six hours. First time users may feel elated and high. Been taking provigil for 8 years.

How do you manage 400mg a day without needing to cycle it? I can't imagine maintaining the kind of analytical ability of have on 400mg for extended periods of time

Does this stuff show up on traditional drug screens. I believe I have an undiagnosed sleep issue. It's a struggle to go even 8 hours without a nap. I would love to try this stuff

Also, studies have shown that these effects aren't as pronounced in people with high IQ's.

Welp, that leaves out the OT.

I only stay on it for a year at a time then I stop taking it for six months. I just feel better motivation on it although I did not notice any benefits with improved cognitive abilities.

I deal with mild depression and my doctor prescribed provigil back in 2008. It gave me elation and helped me with social anxiety. I became more happy and talkative for a while. Eventually, the medicine tapered down. I take 209 mg one hour before working a graveyard shift and it helps with wakefulness. If I am really tired, I can take the medicine and still fall asleep. Some days, provigil works better for me than other days. Idk why that is.

Same for me. And I can always choose to sleep if I want, it's the desire to sleep that disappears

Modafinil along with some other stuff. They bumped her to the max dose. She does get sick if she doesn't cycle on and off. But she also has the weakest stomach ever.
