As an old guy beaten by the nuns pre Vatican II, I found it funny too, now I will have to go to confession and decide if it was a moral or venal sin and accept the punishment.

I'm gonna do that. It's time for an oil change, and everything else needs to be done as well.

Oil would be blue smoke. White smoke is probably steam, which would be coolant in the combustion chamber.

I second this. Get your oil changed at the appropriate interval. If you are burning water then the water level in the radiator or overflow will be low.
Based on your description I don't think you have anything to be concerned about.
