Are you really incapable of figuring out how a guy could not intend to kill someone could make an error in judgement?
But he's the best driver in the world and everyone else missed him!!! What about their judgement which is obviously worse???

Your defense if getting vague.

Burden of proof is on you. You're the one that said what definitively cost Ward his life.

Anybody that blamed Ward's death on another is a moron. The guy jumps out of his car and weaves through race cars. His death is his fault and his alone.

As I said, it's OBVIOUS (to me) that Stewart bumped the gas.. I can SEE it, and HEAR it. If you can't, you're choosing to ignore it.
Does Stewart's engine make a different sound than everyone else's? If not, I'm not sure how it's obvious to anyone that it's his car making that noise.

Tony doesnt have that sense though

Did you even read the entry?

quote Grassy:
Caution is out. Maybe its Kevin, as I did run him into the wall on the last lap. There might be some track workers or emergency personnel on the track... I might better pay attention.

quote me:
Your ignorance shows yet again. Smoke knows track workers aren't out yet. THEY HAVE BETTER SENSE THAN TO GET OUT ON A TRACK WHILE THE DRIVERS ARE STILL IN THE GETTING SLOWED DOWN MODE.

Smoke most definitely does have sense enough to know no one including emergency workers would be on track yet.

Yes I read it. The joke was "Smoke"(which is such a queer nickname) doesnt have the same sense as the emergency crew because he has gone on a live track before

How many DID miss him? I saw only 1. ... then the little fool stepped lower on the track.

I think the only thing certain about this incident is we will never know the truth.

yea... okay...

It's too quick for anyone to be on the track (but obviously, Kevin had time to unstrap, get of his car, 4 cars go by... and Tony should have his head up his arse not expecting to encounter something on the track during a yellow?

At least 4 other cars didn't hit Kevin or his car, and all seemed to see him.

For those not able to see and hear Tony accelerate, you need to watch the video on a larger and louder monitor. It's very easy to see/hear.
