At least one poster was actually saying that in the msb thread, sadly.

Again this is a video of a race at full throttle. This was not the case during the incident. Not near as much dust and much better handling of the car at lower speeds.

Again this gives you a view of what he sees to his right front.

Now enlighten me with your point about dirtbike racing. I am sure it will have something to do with dirt being flung into your face? How is that relevant with TS?

Do you think no dirt gets kicked up when those cars lose traction through the turns?

THEY HAVE BETTER SENSE THAN TO GET OUT ON A TRACK WHILE THE DRIVERS ARE STILL IN THE GETTING SLOWED DOWN MODE.
Tony doesnt have that sense though

Yeah. I saw that, too. I'm talking about the people who aren't trolling.

I just don't see how these two points go with the same argument:

"Tony wasn't trying to kill him."

"He's one of the best driver in the world and everyone else missed Ward. So..."

how do they go so fast around a dust filled track not being able to see???

No dust. Tracks are oiled or watered down.

Pit lane. Track workers present. Daylight. Better visibility in those cars. Learn about racing and cars.

the argument of the guys in your corner have stated this many times throughout the other thread. Did you call them out?

Not calling anyone out. I am seeing it in other places more than this site.

My corner is that there is no evidence to point towards Tony Stewart doing anything negligent. Kevin Ward made a bad decision that cost him his life. Hopefully rules will come out of this tragedy that makes racing safer. Much like what happened after Dale Sr died and the accidents that killed Jason Leffler last year and where Tony Stewart broke his leg, has made racing safer.

Yes. I have never said otherwise. I also think they clear their visors when they slow down and no dirt was being flung in his face on the cool down lap when the incident happened.

but anyone that comes on here and reads the self-proclaimed race experts calling anyone else's opinion as garbage, needs to look closely at the video themselves.

Tony won't be convicted, but his ego on the track will cost him. And costs Kevin his life.

You just officially went from ignorant to stupid. Uncurable and determined to prove it to the world.

Pretty sad that you can't figure out how those two sentences can't go together. Are you really incapable of figuring out how a guy could not intend to kill someone could make an error in judgement? really? the best drivers in the world don't make errors every week? How in the hell do they wreck so much and why do drivers get mad at one another for wrecking them?

It's obvious to me that Tony bumped the gas exactly when he was next to Kevin. I can SEE and HEAR it. If you can't, you're just trying to ignore it.

You have no way of knowing if that sound is coming from Stewart's car, which is far away from the camera.

You sure as hell have already convicted him.

As I said, it's OBVIOUS (to me) that Stewart bumped the gas.. I can SEE it, and HEAR it. If you can't, you're choosing to ignore it.

Don't confuse conviction with opinion.

But yes, in my mind, he's guilty of ego created carelessness.

Or you heard one of the other dozens of cars on the track. Some of which were much closer to the camera than TS's.
